Has anyone tried or heard the combination of the Duplex in the VOT enclosure as seen in the 1945 catalogue?

Wonder if the horn does something great to the sound in the area fs to x-over point, except adding efficency?

And how is the bass rendering from the BR system of the VOT in a home set-up??

I have recently become the proud owner of a pair of Altec Duplex 605B drivers, and are considering the optimum way of using them. Would like to try something "special".
